Breast Augmentation: Case 1360- Ida, MI
Description
This patient had saline implants placed several years earlier by a different doctor. She sought help from Dr. Zavell when her right saline implant failed. She expressed that she like the volume of her breasts but she wasn't happy with the shape. Dr. Zavell recommended a periareolar mastopexy with implant replacement. The patient and Dr. Zavell decided that a 375cc silicone gel implant would be best for her. She is now very happy with her breast implants.
